Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use of Personal Information
When a request is made by the individual or their representative for the disclosure of retained personal data or records of provision to third parties, TCVB shall respond without delay, except in the following cases. In the event that the information is not disclosed or if the relevant retained personal data does not exist, a notification will be provided accordingly.

•In the event that there is a risk of significant hindrance to the proper execution of TCVB’s operations.

Revisions
